With more than a decade of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), J. Caude brings a sharp analytical mind and a proven track record of driving financial success in high-stakes corporate environments. Complementing this, his four years as a personal finance coach have honed a deep understanding of individual wealth-building strategies, empowering clients to achieve financial freedom.
Passionate about real estate and investing, he combines data-driven insights with a visionary approach to identify lucrative real estate opportunities and develop a sound plan to acquire, manage, and exit successfully while creating the best value for investors. Leslie is the Director of Operations and Co-founder of Xsite Capital Investment LLC. He manages the company operations, market/data analysis, cash flow, and budget analysis. Leslie is an entrepreneur and real estate investor. Leslie started investing in single-family real estate in 2017 and transitioned to multifamily investing in 2019. Leslie and his partners at XSITE Capital Investment LLC, currently own and manage $164million worth of Multifamily real estate. In 2021, Leslie also founded an E-commerce company and co-founded a Wellness Clinic in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a trained nurse anesthetist and obtained his MSc in Nurse Anesthesia from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Leslie has a passion for building businesses and enjoys adding value to individuals interested in growing their wealth and changing their financial future. Leslie is a husband, father of two beautiful girls, and a son, and loves to spend his spare time reading, volunteering, and flying drones.

I’m the Chief Growth Officer & Head of Acquisition while being a Co-Founder of XSITE Capital Investment LLC, where I identify high-potential multifamily real estate opportunities that create long-term value for our investors. My expertise also extends to the cybersecurity field, where I’ve supported industry giants like Boeing and Deloitte. My work is driven by the belief that financial freedom is not reserved for a select few—it’s a right we all can achieve with the right guidance, tools, and determination. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, dancing, golf, and basketball, but my greatest joy comes from spending time with my wife and three wonderful children.
